Diffuse keratoderma

Characterized by uniform, confluent thickening of the entire palmoplantar surface.

Erythrokeratodera

A type of keratoderma distinguished by the presence of prominent background erythema (redness) in addition to the hyperkeratosis.

Focal keratoderma

Presents as localized, callus-like masses of hyperkeratosis at sites of recurrent pressure or friction.

Punctate keratoderma

Characterized by multiple, small, discrete, 'raindrop' or 'seed-like' hyperkeratotic papules scattered across the palms and soles.

Striate keratoderma

Presents with distinctive linear bands of hyperkeratosis extending from the palm onto the fingers.
