Giant cell tumour of tendon sheath

A firm, slow-growing, non-tender nodule attached to a tendon sheath, which is a benign tumor and not a lipid deposit.

Rheumatoid nodule

A firm, non-tender subcutaneous nodule, often over pressure points in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, and is not associated with hyperlipidemia.

Subcutaneous granuloma annulare

Presents as firm, non-tender, deep dermal or subcutaneous nodules, typically in children on the scalp, shins, and hands, without tendon involvement.
