Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis is a severe drug reaction causing rapid onset of fever and hundreds of tiny, non-follicular, sterile pustules on a background of widespread erythema.

Amicrobial pustulosis of the folds

A rare condition with chronic, relapsing, sterile pustules specifically located in the major skin folds (axillae, groin).

DIRA syndrome

A rare neonatal autoinflammatory syndrome (Deficiency of the Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist) presenting with sterile pustulosis, bone lesions, and systemic inflammation.

IgA pemphigus

An autoimmune blistering disease characterized by vesicopustules that often form an annular or "sunflower" pattern, with neutrophils in the epidermis.

Infantile acropustulosis

A recurrent eruption of intensely pruritic pustules on the hands and feet of infants.

Keratoderma blenorrhagicum

A skin manifestation of reactive arthritis, presenting as crusted, hyperkeratotic, waxy papules and plaques, especially on the palms and soles, which are histologically psoriasiform with pustules.

Pustular psoriasis

A form of psoriasis presenting with widespread erythema and sheets of tiny, sterile pustules that coalesce into "lakes of pus".

SAPHO syndrome

A syndrome of Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis (palmoplantar), Hyperostosis, and Osteitis, where the pustulosis on palms and soles is a key cutaneous feature.

Sneddon-Wilkinson syndrome

Also known as subcorneal pustular dermatosis, it is characterized by flaccid pustules in annular or serpiginous patterns, with a unique half-pus, half-clear fluid level within the pustule.

Transient neonatal pustulosis

A benign rash in newborns, especially those with darker skin, consisting of sterile pustules that rupture easily, leaving a collarette of scale and a pigmented macule.
