Autosensitization reaction

A generalized, itchy, papular 'id reaction' that occurs in response to a primary inflammatory focus elsewhere on the body.

Cholinergic urticaria

A form of physical urticaria triggered by heat or sweating, with a characteristic eruption of tiny (1-3mm), highly pruritic, monomorphic wheals surrounded by a large erythematous flare.

Disseminate and recurrent infundibulofolliculitis

A pruritic eruption of numerous, uniform, small, follicular papules on the trunk and proximal limbs, primarily in individuals with darker skin.

Eruptive xanthomas

Sudden crops of small, reddish-yellow papules with an erythematous halo, appearing in patients with very high triglycerides.

Erythromelanosis follicularis faciei

Lichen nitidus

Presents as an eruption of myriad, tiny (pinpoint-sized), shiny, flat-topped, skin-colored papules.

Lichen spinulosus

A condition with grouped patches of multiple, tiny, follicular papules with a central keratotic spine, feeling like a nutmeg grater.

Phrynoderma

Follicular hyperkeratosis caused by severe vitamin A deficiency, presenting as horny, spiny papules on the extensor surfaces of the extremities.
