This is a general term; a Campbell de Morgan spot (or cherry angioma) is a specific type of benign haemangioma acquired in adulthood, distinguished by its small, bright red, "cherry-like" appearance.
While it can be inflamed and red, an irritated SK will have the underlying waxy, "stuck-on" character of a seborrheic keratosis, unlike the smooth, vascular dome of a cherry angioma.
